Small, probably no more than 5 mm long. Eyes undescribed.
Frontal apotome present (clypeus appears separate), all labral sclerites fragmentary, granular.
Antenna with 6 segments, basal segment subequal to flagellum. Lauterborn organs large, alternate on subapex of 2 and apex of 3, short style subapical/apical on segment 3. Ring organ in basal 1/5 of segment 1, seta absent. Blade subequal length cf antennal flagellum; accessory blade short.
Mandible with short, pale, erect dorsal tooth; apical tooth short and dark as are 2 inner teeth. Pecten mandibularis and seta subdentalis not described. Seta interna inserted on dorsal surface, plumose, 4 branched.
Mentum with short, recessed paired median teeth, and 5 pairs of lateral teeth declining in height laterally; lateralmost pair fused basally. Ventromental plates narrowly separated medially by slightly less than width of median 4 tooth, about 2/3 of mentum width, curved and apparently coarsely striate, medially curved anteriorly. Setae submenti simple.
